✅ 1. Vet-Checked & Vaccinated

All of our puppies receive a comprehensive health check from a licensed veterinarian before leaving our home. They are:

• Microchipped

• Vaccinated (up-to-date with age-appropriate vaccinations)

• Dewormed regularly

• Treated for fleas and ticks (preventatively)

You will receive a Health Certificate from our vet, including vaccination records and microchip details.

🩺 2. 14-Day General Health Guarantee

We offer a 14-day general health guarantee from the date of delivery or pickup. If your puppy is found to have a contagious illness or health issue (not caused by accident, neglect, or improper care), verified by a licensed veterinarian within this period, we will:

• Offer a full refund, OR

• Replace the puppy (if available), OR

• Reimburse reasonable veterinary treatment costs (up to the purchase price)

Written proof from your vet is required, and we may request a second opinion from a vet of our choice.

🧬 3. 12-Month Genetic Health Guarantee

We also provide a 12-month genetic health guarantee against life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions, such as:

• Heart defects

• Liver shunts

• Severe hip dysplasia

• Other life-limiting genetic disorders

In such cases, we will:

• Replace the puppy (if available), OR

• Offer a partial or full refund (based on circumstances)

This guarantee does not cover minor or treatable conditions such as umbilical hernias, underbites, or mild luxating patella.

🏠 4. Buyer Responsibilities

To maintain this health guarantee, the buyer agrees to:

• Take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup/delivery for an initial check-up

• Keep the puppy up-to-date with all vaccines and preventative care

• Provide proper diet, shelter, exercise, and socialization

• Not expose the puppy to high-risk environments (e.g., dog parks) until fully vaccinated

Failure to comply may void the health guarantee.
